This website (www.promolider.org) is operated by Promolider LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Promolider LLC.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing, accessing, or subscribing to our SaaS platform, digital masterclasses, educational products, and affiliate services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, course creators ("Producers"), distributors ("Affiliates"), and consumers/students.

2. SAAS & DIGITAL CONTENT MARKETPLACE PLATFORM

Promolider LLC provides an EdTech SaaS platform and digital content marketplace designed to host, market, and distribute online educational masterclasses, digital products, and professional training. Promolider LLC acts as an intermediary infrastructure provider enabling creators to monetize knowledge and distributors to earn commissions.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES

You are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content:

• (a) For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
• (b) To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• (c) To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;

All platform content, software, branding, trademarks, and educational assets hosted on Promolider LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Promolider LLC or its respective course producers/licensors. No license or ownership right is transferred to users without express written authorization.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Promolider LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall Promolider LLC, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
